Auntie Elephant?

happy-elephant-01 One day, Alethia was flipping over my baby shower’s scrapbook and saw Auntie Ellen.  I told her, “do you remember Auntie Ellen?”  She nodded her head, then followed me to say “Aun-tie…El-len-phant”…-_-  That’s probably the closest pronounciation she learned to this name.  Now, she got an improved version, and called Auntie “Ellen-f”!

Yesterday we had Kiwi and Papaya after dinner.  She did a good job saying these two names after me.  Then today after lunch, I let her hold my house key, and I told her, “this is key”.  Guess what she said – She held the keys up high and said “key-wi”…

leg cramp

The first ever leg cramp in this pregnancy happened last night, “finally”!  It was PAINFUL!!

Both legs cramped together, and what made it even worse was that my right leg cramped twice in a row.  I couldn’t help but woke Anson up (I basically just shake him up from sleep and asked for help) – And believe it or not?  I was even screaming and yelling, hoping that would ease my pain!  There’s a moment that I thought “oh man, this is even more painful than laboring Alethia!”

Anson was really good in soothing a cramping leg.  The second he started massaging my leg, it relaxed and the pain was gone right away.

It is so good to have a companion, especially when we are weak and in need.

Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:

If they fall down,
they can help each other up.
But pity those who fall
and have no one to help them up!

Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?”         Ecclesiastes 4:9-11
